Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite the mixed bag. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the riverfront with beautiful grounds and gardens that make for a perfect getaway. I especially appreciated the complimentary kayaks that allowed me to paddle along the peaceful river. The service was good, but I've had better experiences; things felt a bit chaotic with the owner’s micromanagement. The room, while decent, had some quirks and could use a refresh. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for relaxation by the water, but don't expect luxury.
The stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, the motel has a quaint charm with attentive management that made our experience enjoyable, but on the other hand, we faced a number of maintenance issues and some unexpected disappointments regarding the water quality and cleanliness. The overall experience had its ups and downs, and it left me with conflicting feelings about returning.
I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and river views during my stay. The rooms had some unique features, but they also came with a few quirks that might not suit everyone. While the atmosphere is meant for relaxation, some restrictions at the property could feel a bit overbearing. However, the location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind by the river and connect with nature.
I had a serene experience at this hotel, nestled right by the river with beautiful grounds and a lovely host, Jay. The views are incredible, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a great getaway. However, I encountered a few issues with the room amenities and service, which detracted from the overall experience.
The resort has beautiful grounds and accommodating staff, but Room A2 has some unique challenges that families will need to consider. While there's a fun spiral staircase that kids will love, the cramped bathroom situation and lack of Wi-Fi make it less than ideal for families with older kids or multiple adults. Overall, it has its charm but needs some improvements.
